The Ottawa Regional Science Fair is a registered charity and depends entirely on the financial support of donors/sponsors, the work of volunteers, and the enthusiastic participation of students, teachers, and parents! We also attract coverage from various local media.
For our financial donors we offer CRA registered charity receipts. For our corporate sponsors, we offer brand recognition perks to get your brand in front of all attendees from the greater Ottawa area.

The largest portion of ORSF contributions is used to send up to 10 students and 3 adult chaperones to the week long Canada-Wide Science Fair – a cost of about $2,000 per person, including travel, accommodation, meals, registration fee, tours, and incidentals. Other expenses include cash prizes, awards, exhibit hall preparation, promotional items, and printing.
